On October 1, 2015, we hosted our first-ever Customer Event designed to inspire collaborative exchange of information and experiences. We were honored to welcome 70 guests to Rapperswil Castle.
The event began with a presentation by Mr. Ulrich Battran of RBS Services (Switzerland) Ltd about the migration and implementation of Domtrac as Output Management Solution for Avaloq. Moreover, he provided interesting insights regarding the new Hold Mail Application, one of the first productive interactive workflows in Domtrac.
Next, Mr. Philippe Gasser from Swiss Post Solutions AG presented the Domtrac Dispatcher Platform of «ePostSelect» and «E-Post Office» for hybrid document processing, two of the largest installations in our extensive customer portfolio.
The third speaker was Mr. Erick Lokhorst, CTO of Docucom AG, who provided insights on the Domtrac roadmap. Domtrac Version 5, planned for release in 2016, focuses on interactive contents and workflows and is currently under intensive development.
Customers witnessed the first live demonstration of the completely redesigned user interface in a live demonstration of opening an account.
The reception immediately following the presentations gave participants the opportunity to exchange valuable information with the steadily growing Docucom Community and to gain new knowledge about effective everyday work processes.
Based on the positive feedback we have received, the event was a success and we thank our customers for their participation and their trustful collaboration.

This year's company tour took us to our colleagues in Madrid and from there to Valencia, the city with an average of only 14 rainy days per year.
