Following completed migration projects for the private banks Coutts & Co. Ltd. and Bank J. Safra Sarasin AG, the successful implementation of Domtrac Avaloq at Baloise Bank SoBa AG marks the third successful migration to the modern Avaloq Document Processing Management System. A major milestone for Docucom AG.
In light of the smooth and professional collaboration with IT staff at Baloise Bank SoBa, this ambitious project could be executed precisely according to plan: the process from project start to going live in May 2015 was achieved in only five months.
Domtrac Avaloq gives us significant savings in OMS cost while allowing us the flexibility to respond quickly to new customer needs. The standard Avaloq connectivity and Domtrac's unique user interface were key factors in the procurement process.
The connection to the Avaloq Banking System, which has been in production since 2010, and the takeover of the existing processing processes could be easily implemented and flexibly configured by means of predefined functional modules. In addition to the previous processes, new confirmations of the e-banking portal and the archive in Domtrac are now displayed.
The modern, visual workflow editor clearly displays all processes and enables easy configuration. Additional output channels or process adjustments can be easily realized in the future without any programming effort.
Adjustments in the Avaloq interface are automatically transferred to the Domtrac integration as part of the maintenance contract.

In a period of just 20 months, the competency and services center of Clientis Group changed their IT provider to Inventx. Within the context of this highly complex project, all document-related systems were migrated.
