We are pleased to announce another successful implementation of Domtrac Finnova at the Schwyzer Kantonalbank (Schwyzer Cantonal Bank, SZKB). And just the weekend prior, the Dutch private bank, Van Lanschot Switzerland, decided on the Docucom solution for production.
Thanks to the high level of standardization of the Finnova integration and our close cooperation with the IT department of SZKB, we were able to migrate the existing document output management system to Domtrac in a record time of 4 months. This high degree of efficiency was achieved through our extensive experience in prior implementation projects, the already advanced conversion to Finnova standard document types, and the pragmatic implementation approach by the IT department of SZKB.
In the area of OMS, which is subject to significant cost pressures, we are convinced that we have found the right partner in Docucom AG and a sustainable solution with Domtrac. Due to pre-defined function modules and comprehensive configuration options, we can respond to customer requests in a fraction of the time and cost previously required for projects.
Simultaneous to the software conversion, the existing in-house print and packaging line was expanded with camera scanners, and a closed loop processing system with automatic mailing controls was installed. Postage metering, which up until now was performed manually, is now calculated and established automatically using the appropriate Domtrac module for Swiss Post. One more step toward full automation.
The collaboration with Docucom during the course of the project was very professional. Docucom staff was highly dedicated to meeting and implementing our requirements. We welcome the flexibility and transparency of the process configuration, and were surprised that within only 2 days (!) we were able to integrate a new camera system into the automated process. With Domtrac we are also achieving positive results in terms of processing speed.
We are convinced that with our project, we have made a significant contribution toward efficiency and lower costs in output management — just in time for SZKB’s 125th anniversary, to which we extend our warm congratulations.
