Within the context of replacing the existing output management system, the Graubündner Cantonal Bank decided to partner with the innovative company Docucom AG. Their product Domtrac Finnova proved to be a highly capable and efficient solution that is perfectly integrated into the existing core banking system.
This changeover also initiated an evaluation of the future print service provider. In light of their attractive services and broad know-how in the Domtrac environment, Swiss Post Solutions AG was selected.
Thanks to the professional collaboration among all companies involved in the project (Graubündner Kantonalbank, Inventx AG, Docucom AG, and Swiss Post Solutions AG), the new output management solution was implemented according to plan. Transfer to operations took place after only 8 months of project run time at the beginning of August 2016.
The cooperation with all partners was very constructive, reliable and solution-oriented. I would particularly like to emphasize the efficient and reliable work of the experts of Docucom AG. They distinguished themselves by a high and goal-oriented commitment as well as a well-founded professional competence.
The operation runs stable and smooth.
With the introduction of Domtrac, the Graubündner Kantonalbank was able to cease several complicated workarounds and reduce complexity. Increase of performance in the generation of documents, as well as the needs of the specialized departments adapted processes ultimately benefit our customers.
The project work was intensively and jointly driven forward. In particular, the coordination between Docucom AG and the print service provider Swiss Post Solutions AG was a great pleasure. The project goals and many other process simplifications could all be realized.
The "performance boost" achieved with the new system facilitates resource planning and shows that Domtrac allowed us to implement a modern and adaptable system.
The Graubündner Kantonalbank expects Docucom’s new document process management tool to continue to improve processes in multi-channel output – not only in centralized and decentralized printing, but also in the generation of electronic output for e-banking, e-documents, bank warehouses and archives ,
With Domtrac, the foundation was laid for the efficient implementation of future developments and innovative solutions in the customer communication area.

This year's company tour took us to our colleagues in Madrid and from there to Valencia, the city with an average of only 14 rainy days per year.
