Within record time, Migros Bank AG replaced their previous OMS System with the modern and capable Document Process Management Solution Domtrac Finnova and selected Swiss Post Solutions AG as their new full-service print provider.
The project was started in April 2015 and the go-live date was projected for early September. In light of the professional and efficient collaboration with the external operator, Inventx AG, this already ambitious date could be moved up to the middle of August – which certainly met with the client’s approval.
The Domtrac Finnova “Plug & Run” solution provided us with a low-risk changeover to Finnova Output Management.
Thanks to the new OMS solution, we now have a more flexible system. Ultimately, this also benefits our customers.
With scalable, multi-channel output processing, more than half a million pages per hour are currently formatted and prepared for output to printing, web, and archive channels. The documents to be mailed are directly transferred via the Domtrac bi-directional standard interface to Swiss Post Solutions AG. There, in one of Switzerland’s most advanced print centers, Migros Bank prints white paper production with the highest color quality using sustainable, recycled paper.
The integrity of the print process is ensured by Swiss Post Solutions AG and confirmed via Domtrac Integration to Finnova. At the same time, the individual postage fees per mailing for subsequent customer billing are also supplied.
The professional collaboration and extensive experience of the parties involved resulted in a smooth project execution.
The standard integration with the print service provider SPS and the intuitive configuration of Domtrac allowed for an early start of production with our new OMS solution.
For local printing, Domtrac manages and supplies numerous decentralized printers. A specialized, so-called routing printer sorts mail for internal customers and provides a separate cover for these. Of course, the entire output is archived in a closed loop directly by Domtrac in accordance with statutory regulations.

In a period of just 20 months, the competency and services center of Clientis Group changed their IT provider to Inventx. Within the context of this highly complex project, all document-related systems were migrated.
